Welcome to YBP Golf Performance (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, ybpgolfperformance.com (the “Site”), and purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Website

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others.

2. Services Provided

YBP Golf Performance provides golf instruction, coaching programs, and related services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

3. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. By purchasing any service, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the full amount.

4. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes all lesson packages, individual sessions, and programs. No refunds will be issued for unused sessions, missed appointments, or changes in personal circumstances.

5. No Transfer Policy

All purchased lessons and services are non-transferable. They may only be used by the individual who made the purchase and cannot be shared, assigned, or transferred to another person.

6. Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

  • All sessions must be scheduled in advance.

  • Rescheduling requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

  • Any session canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be forfeited without refund or credit.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session (“no-show”) will result in the loss of that session.

 

7. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Golf instruction and physical activity involve inherent risks. By participating in any services provided by YBP Golf Performance, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with such activities.

You agree to release and hold harmless YBP Golf Performance, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or as a result of participation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and training materials, is the property of YBP Golf Performance and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

10. Limitation of Liability
